Join Heather McIntyre, Indigenous Life and Wellness Coach, for "7 Days of Connection". Heather will guide you through a 5 minute activity each day, following the 7 Grandfather teachings. The theme for Dec. 28 will be "Dream Weaving" based on the teaching of Respect. This will to get you set for the Big Spirit Moon ceremony on December 29th.
